Member profiles, a member directory, follows, and private 1:1 and group messages with video calls - for the people who log in to your site.

== Description ==

Give the people who log in to your WordPress site a place to talk to each other.

= What it does =

* Blocks for the block editor and widgets for Elementor - drop it on a page, no shortcode to type
* Profiles for every member, filled in from their WordPress name and picture.
* A member directory with search.
* Private 1:1 and group conversations that update live, with unread counts.
* A video call from any conversation, in the browser - no app to install.
* Safety built in: block, report, and each member chooses who can message them. You see reports and can switch the community off from your dashboard.

Your members use their existing WordPress login. The messaging runs on Service Boss, so there is nothing to host or scale, and your site stays fast.

== Installation ==

1. Upload the plugin and activate it.
2. Create an API key in your Service Boss account under API keys (you can limit it to this domain).
3. Settings > Community: paste the key, save, and press "Test the connection".
4. Add `[serviceboss_community]` to any page.

== Frequently Asked Questions ==

= Do my members need a Service Boss account? =

No. Every connected site is its own community.

= Who sets the age rules for my community? =

You do, as the site owner - the same as for your site's own accounts. You can pause the whole community from your dashboard at any time.
