Questions people ask
Do suppliers need a WooCommerce store of their own?
No. Suppliers and fellow trades sell through your site, each with a store page and a dashboard there.
How do suppliers get their money?
They add PayPal or bank details and request a withdrawal after funds clear; you pay them and record it as paid.
Can I give some suppliers a better rate?
Yes - set commission supplier by supplier, or leave it blank for your usual rate.
How are refunds handled?
Refunded, cancelled or failed orders are taken off the supplier's balance automatically, so the books always balance.
Is my site hosted with Service Boss?
Your site has it ready. From Hosting in your account, open the site and hit Switch on and connect - that is the whole setup.
